COMPONENTS for central conveyor systems
We tailor our central conveyors for supplying granulate to your requirements. As basic components we use:
- Silos or material storage containers as the starting point of the conveyor system
- V 2 A stainless steel pipes with adjusted cross section
- Vaccuum generators and safety filters
- Hopper loaders on the processing machines
- Central control system based on a SIEMENS PLC controller
Other KOCH components can be added to this basis to customise the conveyor system to requirements:
- Drying system
- Interior silos and material delivery stations
- Material distributors, such connection units (switching stations) or Navigators
- Pipes or bends made from special glass for fibreglass-reinforced materials
- Visualisation software
