DRYING
KOCH dry air dryers dry all types of plastic granulate with dry air until residual moisture levels are at the optimum level required for processing. This drying process is a energy-saving closed circulating system that functions completely separately from the ambient climate.
Our drying systems are constructed with the following elements:
- Drying unit
- Necessary number of dryer containers
- Dryer heater per container
Optional elements can be added, as required:
- Suction containers to convey the granulate to the processing machine
- Doors for cleaning access
- Windows
- Flow indicators
- Special suction containers with up to four suction options
- ECO control system
- Return air coolers for high drying temperatures
- Dew point control system (as standard from CKT/EKO 300)
