Our premixers mix plastics such as granulate, regrind or free-flowing powder with masterbatch or additives.
Homogeneous mixing is the basis for further processing - in injection molding, extrusion or blow molding.
Dosing and coloring
With our dosing solutions, you can achieve maximum accuracy when dosing masterbatch or additives into a main material.
We offer volumetric and gravimetric dosing solutions for dosing additives into a plastic material that is then processed in the injection molding machine or extruder.
This allows you to achieve precisely consistent color shades when coloring.

Type V premixers are designed for injection molding machines and ideal for throughputs up to 250 kg/h and shot weights up to 4000 g
Designed for high machine throughputs, these mixers cut a fine figure on large injection molding machines: homogeneous mixing of up to 250 kg of plastic material per hour is no problem!
The large mixers in this series are made of V2A stainless steel. In combination with the appropriate conveying peripherals and up to three dosing stations, masterbatch, powder and virgin material or regrind can be cleanly mixed and processed.
