The most important components of the KOCH modular system
Intermediate hoppers and volumetric dosing stations and units
Our intermediate hoppers are used for the short-term storage of material on the processing machine. They are installed directly above the material input or onto a flange or mixer. A suction conveyor sucks in material and fills the hopper. The size of the hopper determines how much material is available until new material is sucked in again.
Each hopper has two sight-glasses for monitoring.
Volumetric dosing stations and units
Our volumetric dosing stations and systems add the masterbatch and additive substances to a processing material.
So that you can dose a wide variety of materials, we offer you volumetric dosing solutions in all types and sizes to cover the entire range of plastics processing.
Pre-mixers, flanges and gravimetric dosing systems
You can install our pre-mixers, flanges and gravimetric dosing systems directly onto the material input of your processing machine.
The AZ flanges are used for the volumetric direct colouring. The installed KEM dosing units add the masterbatch and additive substances into the free-flowing processing material.
Pre-mixers and gravimetric dosing systems are designed to be attached to dosing stations and slide valves for dosing additives.
Our pre-mixers for injection moulding machines and extruders and GRAVIKO type gravimetric dosing systems mix various dosed materials homogenously before the processing.
