Our software solution for your plastics processing
The visualization is monitoring and process management software for the central material supply system of your plastics processing.
The software is assembled and implemented in a modular way, completely according to your needs. The visualization communicates with your MES or ERP system via your network.
With the visualization, you can follow the path of the material in real time and adapt it flexibly. All production-relevant data are documented so that individual processes can be traced at any time.

Calling up the individual stations brings you detailed information about the condition of your peripherals and the material to be processed.
All production stations and peripherals are clearly displayed.
Starting at the material input up to the processing machine, each station of the material is documented and archived.
The crucial point for the visualization is the central control of your material supply system. In the control unit, the data of all other control units are merged and forwarded to the visualization system.

This overview immediately shows you the condition of all vacuum pumps. Additional information such as the hours worked or maintenance intervals can be called up for each of the pumps. In addition, you can set the time and duration of the cleaning for the safety filter.

As an administrator you can create, assign and authenticate each operator when changes have been made by means of the user management.

If you wish, you can also monitor your material supply process from your tablet or smartphone.
It is also possible and often used for our drying systems with touch panel control when the dryer is installed on a platform.

Our safeguard system allows you:
- A proof of the material approval before the processing
- A complete documentation of all material changes
- Tamper-resistant for the certification
For all our safety mechanism, the material is verified via a barcode scanner and the visualization software.
