Our dry air dryers dry medium to very large quantities of plastic granulate with deeply dry air to the residual moisture required for processing.
The dry air technology used works in a closed circuit system, completely independent of the ambient climate: Deeply dry, heated air flows through the granulate, absorbs its moisture and releases this in turn to a desiccant.

ERD compressed air technology:
Pre-dried compressed air (6-10 bar) is expanded via a proportional valve. The valve is regulated according to the inlet pressure in order to achieve a constant air volume and a low dew point. The expanded air is then heated to drying temperature and fed into the lower part of the material hopper. The drying air flows upwards through the granulate and removes the moisture from it.
