About us
Werner Koch Maschinentechnik GmbH and the brand KOCH-TECHNIK are the parent company in Ispringen near Pforzheim and a second plant, the dryer manufacturing facility, in nearby Göbrichen.
It all began in 1974 in a house in Ispringen, where Werner Koch manufactured his first devices for dosing, mixing and conveying plastics. With years of experience in the field of construction, he put his theoretical ideas into practice. The numerous patents and industrial property rights still form the basis of the existing know-how of KOCH-TECHNIK today.
In 2006, Werner Koch was awarded the title of professor by the Technical University of St. Petersburg for his achievements. In 2008, he was awarded an honorary doctorate for his services.
In 2010, KOCH-TECHNIK acquired the company FASTI and its portfolio of small dryers for plastic granulate, which were relocated to Ispringen as FASTI KOCH.
To this day, KOCH-TECHNIK has its headquarters in Ispringen. The appliances and systems are manufactured to the latest standards in the industrial area. The production of granulate dryers takes place on 3000 square meters of production space in Göbrichen, where modern equipment guarantees an optimal production process.
