THE KOCH-TECHNIK DRY AIR TECHNOLOGY
Our dry air dryers dry medium to very large quantities of plastic granulate with deeply dry air to the residual moisture required for processing.
The dry air technology used works in a closed circuit system, completely independent of the ambient climate: Deeply dry, heated air flows through the granulate, absorbs its moisture and releases this in turn to a desiccant.
FASTI KOCH COMPRESSED AIR TECHNOLOGY
Drying hygroscopic granulates with compressed air is the most economical alternative to other drying systems for small throughput quantities.
The special ERD compressed air technology from FASTI KOCH guarantees excellent drying results with low operating costs.

Our dry air technology - your advantage: bone-dry, warm air flows through the drying containers and absorbs the moisture from the granulate.
The saturated dry air is passed through a desiccant container, where it is dehumidified and then passed through the granulate again.
Once the desiccant is saturated, the dry air flow is diverted to a fresh container and the previous container is regenerated. Thanks to the constantly alternating regeneration, we can guarantee you consistent granulate drying.
Economical drying: In addition to effective granulate drying, we also offer you the option of efficient drying.
You protect your material and save energy: With the KOCH ECO system control you protect your material from overdrying and in combination with a dew point control and frequency-controlled blowers you can save half of the energy normally used for drying. We will be happy to advise you!
