We offer volumetric and gravimetric dosing solutions for dosing additives into a plastic material that is then processed in the injection molding machine or extruder.
This allows you to achieve precisely consistent color shades when coloring.

Volumetric dosing control units type SLT and MCT
The new SLT and MCT control units, which seamlessly replace the previous SL and Mcm control units, were developed for volumetric premixers and dosing stations.
The focus here was on connectivity, ease of use and easier handling on the processing machine. This is underlined by the simple and intuitive user interface, which is displayed on a 7-inch touchscreen.
The control system calculates the required process parameters fully automatically. The result is a consistently uniform dosing result.
An extended recipe memory and convenient recipe management, language switching, password and user hierarchy, alarm output for optional fault indicators, alarm history and more have been integrated.
A USB port is available for reading and saving data and for software updates. The device can be integrated into a company-internal network via the Ethernet connection, allowing the dosing process to be monitored centrally via the Koch visualization software.
For further use in industrial automation, i.e. practical use in plastics processing gearedtowards Industry 4.0, the SLT and MCT control units with the open interface standard OPC-UA offer the possibility of a manufacturer-independent exchange of data between production machines and peripherals.
