Our premixers mix plastics such as granulate, regrind or free-flowing powder with masterbatch or additives.
Homogeneous mixing is the basis for further processing - in injection molding, extrusion or blow molding.
Dosing and coloring
With our dosing solutions, you can achieve maximum accuracy when dosing masterbatch or additives into a main material.
We offer volumetric and gravimetric dosing solutions for dosing additives into a plastic material that is then processed in the injection molding machine or extruder.
This allows you to achieve precisely consistent color shades when coloring.
Addition of masterbatch or grains
Each chamber of the dosing roller is filled evenly before it is discharged. The constant speed guarantees high dosing accuracy.
Volumetric dosing of powder
Chamber volume dosing via a dosing roller is an uncomplicated solution for the precise dosing of free-flowing powder.

Infinitely variable dosing via dosing stations. Whether masterbatch or grains - the chamber volume dosing system can handle everything. The dosing rollers were developed for this purpose and have proven their worth.
The special feature of our powder dosing stations is the carrier plate, under which the same bulk density is always present - regardless of whether there is a lot or little powder in the storage container.
An agitator moves and loosens the free-flowing powder in the station. A forced scraper empties the chambers of the dosing roller at the discharge opening.

Volumetric dosing stations for virgin material or regrind Ma 1 to Ma 5
Coarse-grained granulate or free-flowing regrind is dosed with a Ma station. An agitator supports the robust cell wheel made of V2A stainless steel. This means that even sharp-edged grains are dosed without jamming.
In combination with a sliding device, quick color and material changes are no problem.
