With a material distributor, you can manually set the right course for your material. Each material distributor is tailored to your needs and can be easily expanded.
Each available material is assigned an input. The outputs are determined by the materials you want to process at the same time. Each machine can be connected to any material via quick-release couplings.

Our patented NAVIGATOR is the right solution for this.
The material guidance system combines simple operation and high flexibility for a fully automatic and residue-free material supply: Any machine can be connected to any material via quick-release couplings.
- A machine line is connected directly to a material line
- 10 to 40 processing machines can thus be supplied with different materials fully automatically and quickly
- All operating states are recorded and can be output via interfaces
- Integration into the KOCH visualization software possible
And this is how it works:
Two opposite sliders, one for the material line and one for the machine line, move towards each other and are connected in the middle section. The slides do not come into contact with any other material. After the material has been transported through the briefly closed line, the slides are moved back again and two other lines can be connected to each other.
