COMPACT CONVEYORS
We have kept the design of these conveyors very compact. The vacuum generator for vacuum conveying only requires 230 V and is integrated directly into the conveyor hood. Regardless of whether your processing machine is to be supplied with virgin material, regrind or free-flowing powder, our compact conveyors guarantee dust-free material transport.
Our compact conveyors are therefore the ideal solution for supplying processing machines from containers or dryers.
INDIVIDUAL SUPPORTERS
Single conveyors are used to transport large quantities over long conveying distances. The material conveyors have a separate 400V vacuum generator. High performance, maintenance-free operation and a long service life are just some of the advantages that these conveyors offer for material transport.
Our single conveyors transport new material, regrind or free-flowing powder dust-free and are ideal for continuous operation.
GLASKO - Material supplier made of special glass
GBM-protected device made of special glass for transporting glass fiber-reinforced materials.
Glass fiber reinforced plastics are abrasive and therefore place the highest demands on the conveyor peripherals. The exceptional hardness of the material often limits the service life of the conveyor equipment to just a few months. We have an inexpensive and effective solution to this problem: the GLASKO material conveyor. The material container is made entirely of 6 mm thick special glass, right up to the discharge flap.
When transporting extremely hard material, the operating time is increased a hundredfold compared to conventional conveyors!
