Dosing and coloring

We offer volumetric and gravimetric dosing solutions for dosing additives into a plastic material that is then processed in the injection molding machine or extruder.
This allows you to achieve precisely consistent color shades when coloring.
KEM-Touch dosing and coloring device
for direct volumetric dosing on injection molding machines or extruders.
Our thousandfold proven KEM direct coloring device is the simplest and yet most effective solution for coloring plastic material with masterbatch.
This setup is ideal if an antistatic agent or flame retardant needs to be added in addition to masterbatch: two KEM-Touch units on one adapter flange. The main material is conveyed to the machine via the TM conveyor separator
KEM devices are installed with a flange directly on the material feed of the processing machine. The raw material flows into the machine via a free inlet, where masterbatch or additives are also added. Direct dosing via the chamber volume allows the precise addition of granulates as well as free-flowing powder and regrind. When dosing smaller or larger quantities, the dosing rollers can be replaced very easily and quickly.
The control unit is integrated into the housing body and offers various programs for use on extruders and injection molding machines.

The KEM-Ma is suitable for dosing large quantities of masterbatch or regrind. The device was installed on a flange with a sliding device to simplify material changes.
