Dosing and coloring
With our dosing solutions, you can achieve maximum accuracy when dosing masterbatch or additives into a main material.
We offer volumetric and gravimetric dosing solutions for dosing additives into a plastic material that is then processed in the injection molding machine or extruder.
This allows you to achieve precisely consistent color shades when coloring.
Premixer on the injection molding machine
For throughputs of up to 25 kg/h and shot weights of up to 0.2 kg
The KK mixer is ideal for mixing plastic material with powder or masterbatch on smaller injection molding machines.
The mixer has an inlet for the main material and a holder for a dosing station.
