Your tasks
- Project management of new developments: Responsibility for project management and implementation of new developments in the areas of mixing, dosing and drying of plastic granulate
- Software development and support: development and support of software for control units, HMIs, PLCs, Modbus OPS-UA interfaces, structured text
- System improvement: Improvement of existing systems in terms of software and hardware to optimize efficiency and performance
- Customer support: Technical support and assistance for customers with special systems, including problem solving and advice
- Creation of specifications and operating instructions: Creation and maintenance of specifications and operating instructions for the developed systems and equipment
You bring with you
- Completed training as a technician or master craftsman in electrical engineering or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in electrical design and project management
- Sound knowledge of software development and support, especially for control units, HMI and PLC, as well as Modbus OPC-UA and Structured Text interfaces.
- Experience in improving software and hardware systems
- Basic knowledge of EDP, IT and network technology
- Strong customer orientation and experience in technical customer support
- Good knowledge of creating technical documentation such as specifications and operating instructions
- Ability to work in a team, independently and with a high level of initiative
- Written and spoken English.
